Double, Triple or Quadruple Room – Capacity and Extra Charges

The room features:

  • 1 double bed (160 × 200 cm)
  • 1 sofa bed (French double size, 140 × 200 cm)

Thanks to this setup, the room can be booked as a double room, triple room or quadruple room, making it suitable for couples, families and small groups.

Double room for 2 guests
If the room is booked for two guests and the sofa bed setup is required, an extra charge of €25.00 per night applies.
This service must be requested at the time of booking, also by email.
The extra charge is payable directly at the property at check-in.

Triple or Quadruple room
For triple or quadruple room bookings, an extra charge of €50.00 per person, per night applies.

Guests can enjoy both breakfast options, at no extra cost:

Breakfast at a partner café
Start your day like a local with a fresh croissant and cappuccino at a traditional partner café, just a short walk from the property.
No fixed schedules – perfect for a relaxed morning in Bari.

In-room breakfast
For guests who prefer privacy and comfort, an in-room breakfast is also available, including a selection of sweet snacks, packaged pastries, fruit juices, coffee, water, and a kettle.

Both breakfast options are included in the price, and guests are free to enjoy both during their stay, choosing each day the option that best suits their needs.

House Rules

It is not allowed to:

  • Smoke inside the property
  • Allow access to guests other than those booked and registered at check-in
  • Prepare or cook food
  • Use electrical appliances other than those provided by the property
  • Bring bicycles, scooters, or any bulky items into the property
  • Create excessive noise that may disturb other guests or building residents

Late check-in and/or late check-out must always be requested and agreed in advance with the property.
